Duties and Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support
  • Manage contact list and customer spreadsheets
  • Maintain calendar and set up meetings
  • Make or book liaison officer’s arrangements
  • Handle client inquiries by phone, chat or email
  • Organizing and Archiving Files
  • Data Entry and Records Management
  • Communicates (both in verbal and written form) with clients, client suppliers, vendors, and banking contacts.
  • Keeps track of client billables.
  • Prepares appropriate schedules and reports as requested by clients.
  • Deposits accounts receivables into bank accounts.
  • Handles payroll – internal and client
  • Assists accountants on tax return preparation.
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • General Ledger Reconciliations 
  • Invoicing
  • Billing and Collections
  • Manage Company Taxation
  • Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by in-charge.

 

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course
  • At least one year of accounting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive “team player”
  • Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Intermediate or advanced level of skills in Microsoft Applications and a good typing speed
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Knowledge in XERO, MYOB, QUICKBOOKS or other online accounting software is an advantage
